Our client, a very well known Hotel group is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to be based at the hotel in Mafikeng.REQUIREMNTS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDES:Matric / Grade 12Tertiary Hospitality QualificationPrevious experience within a 4/5 * HotelMust have excellent management skillsFood costingsStock controlMaintenanceStaff ManagementMust have excellent communication and computer skillsStrong attention to detailMust be reliable, hard working, motivated and passionate.
