Hotel Management Qualification.

3 years Assistant F/B Hotel experience in high volume conference / Banqueting environment required.

To manage and control all conferencing and banqueting outlets in the hotel as well as the restaurant,

maximizing guest satisfaction and service standards in the hotel. Handle and resolve all guest,

staff and hotel issues as and when they arise.

Sound knowledge of banqueting setups and banqueting service requirements.

Previous hotel and restaurant experience essential.
