At least 3 experience in similar position

Micros & Basic Opera software knowledge

Excellent communication skills - written and oral as well as interpersonal skills

High motivation and enthusiasm with a Flexible and hands on approach

Developing and monitoring the activities to maintain department’s budget under control.

Actively managing the department and the team to provide guests with friendly and

efficient service that maximises satisfaction and increases profitability.

Ensuring that all tasks are carried out in line with hotel and corporate guidelines.

Performs all service duties of the division Food & Beverage.

Salary R 10 000 including company benefits.
