Assistant Food & Beverage Manager - Umhlanga
Should ideally have a formal F & B Management qualification and at least 3 YEARS experience in a
F & B junior management role in a 4 – 5 star environment.
Must have experience working with high level 5 star guests with high expectations of quality and service
Working knowledge of Kitchen Operations and menu costings etc
Stock Control (Food and Beverage)
Cost of Sales Food and Beverage
Restaurant and Bar Management
Banqueting and Functions on occasions
Guest Relations must be excellent as well as sound staff training and daily team management
Computer literate (Micros / AccPac Stock Control) and competent administration skills
Prepared to work F & B hours
Own transport would be an advantage but not essential
