Our Client is a leading 5* hotel & spa based in the CT City Centre.
They have an opportunity available for an Assistant Front Office Manager who will utilise interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage the front office Team; advocate sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity and lead by example.
Other responsibilities:
• Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
• Supervise and manage The Front Office Team (Guest Relations) . Understanding FOM position well enough to perform duties in FOM' absence.
• Establishes and maintains Hotel standards
• Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and that guest expectations are met
• Handling and resolving guest complaints
• Participates in the development and implementation of corrective action
• Ensuring Exceptional Guest Service
• Supervise and manage all financial accounts and standard operating procedures

To qualify, you will need:

· Preferable Grade 12 or higher qualification
· Experience in the hospitality sector, specifically the hotel industry advantageous.
· Min 2 .years’ experience in a similar position in front office
· Computer literate with Excel, Word, Outlook and Opera experience.
· Pay attention to detail
· Very good communication skills
· Work well with people
