5 * Hotel - Hotel Chain - Port Elizabeth - Eastern Cape.

2 - 3 years experience as a Assistant F/O Manager in a 5 Star property - Large Hotel.

Co-ordination of front office duties, and take charge in absence of Front Office Manager.

Excellent customer care skills-Complaint handling.

Computer literacy ,especially ability to use Opera essential.

Achieves customer satisfaction and rooms revenue goals by supervising Front Office employees.

Motivated, open minded, be a team player and be ambitious and Responsible person.

Knowledge of day-to-day business and communication between all departments is essential.

Able to provide leadership and motivation to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction.

Excellent communication skills, both written an oral.

Valid driver’s license required.
