VACANCY : ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER - PLETTENBERG BAY

The candidate will work closely with the General Manager and do the general supervision of all Departments as follows ; Staffing , Functions, Housekeeping, Maintenance/Repair & Security etc.
Must have previous experience in hospitality or leisure
Must have managed staff
Must have organised events
Must have had experience in managing the maintenance of properties
Must have knowledge of security sytems and manage them.
Must have a love of sport
They must have own accommodation in Plettenberg bay and
own their own car.
Working hours : Monday to Sunday (normal hours relating to the hospitality industry and flexibility during high season).
