Remuneration:
R 12 000 – 14 000 CTC

Main Functions:
• Assists Warehousing Logistics Manager.
o WMS Daily counts and variances
• Backup to Logistics Supervisor.
o Branch DRP and add on Orders
o Assist Supplier GRN’s
o Non credits to process
• Performs general office duties, including filing and capturing.
• Maintaining and updating excel spreadsheets and management reports.
• Assists with stock take collation and processes.
• Responsible for conciliations of GL transactions, issue and receipts.
• Purchasing at supplier:
o Packaging as well as reports on Branch usage.
o PPE ware for staff
• Maintain Technical Warehouse and Disposals
• Maintenance of consignment warehouse
• Prepares and files daily stock counts – Branch Level
o Send out daily counts to branches, as per individual sales per week
o Compile weekly report for Operation and Risk manager on weekly variance sheet
o Weekly variance sheet to be sign of by Warehouse Logistic manager
o Send out Branch Manager’s count per month
• Assists with general branch queries and requests.
• Files copies of journals/daily counts/stock take records.
• Ensures local stock is returned to supplier/branches/clients for credit exchange.
• Annual RDC license fees to be invoiced yearly
• Maintains ISO compliancy

Requirements:
• Matric certificate
• One to three years inventory experience.
• Knowledge of Syspro an advantage.
• Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) an advantage.
• Ability to manage all aspects of the role in a pressurised environment, prioritize and multitask.
• Sound problem solving, planning and fault finding abilities.
• Computer literacy essential (Microsoft 2000 or later).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic mathematical skills.
