The position is for an assistant kitchen manager for a busy take away operation.

6 shifts a week 14:30-22:30
Following all procedures
Working on the pass and expediting orders
Quality control daily
Checking & maintaining Hygiene standards (day to day & cleaning roster)
Stock levels and placing orders daily
Invoicing daily, wastage and production (data capture)
Opening and Closing procedures
Supervising 12 Kitchen staff as well drivers and tele-operators
Company rules and regulations to be enforced and maintained
Own transport to work and home
Be computer literate (excel word and e-mails)
Required to check running equipment regularly and follow maintenance procedures
POS training will be done in-house – you will be required to take orders outside of store trading times
Good telephone etiquette
