Assistant Lodge Manager.

Exquisite 5* Game Lodge - Eastern Cape.

Hospitality Management Diploma or similar.

2 - 3 years 5* Game Lodge Assistant Management experience required.

Assisting in the daily operations of the Game lodge, delivering 5 star luxury safari experience to guests and management of staff

Staff responsible for: Butlers, Housekeepers, Public Area & Pool and Gardeners

Minimum qualification requirements:

3 year experience in 5 star lodge experience

Spoken and written English

Excellent knowledge on hygiene

Excellent knowledge on food and beverage

Great People skills (with basic HR knowledge)

Excellent Computer skills (Windows Office – especially EXCEL)

Valid Code 8 Driver’s license

Ensure smooth running operations and motivated staff to delivery extraordinary guest experiences

by checking and double checking all areas of the job.

Salary R 8 500 -10 000 depending on experience, including accommodation with company benefits.
