One of our clients has a position available for an ASSISTANT LODGE MANAGEMENT COUPLE at their upmarket Lodge in KRUGER NATIONAL PARK.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have Management, admin and maintenance background at a lodge
• Minimum 2 years working experience in lodge environment
• Staff management experience
• Food & Beverage Experience
• Knowledge of reservations and POS system (duties will also include FOH and reservations)
• Hosting experience
• Valid Driver’s license
• Some marketing knowledge or experience will be an advantage
• Good general maintenance skills and experience
• First Aid
• Hours: Working cycles is 6 weeks on/ 2 weeks off.

SALARY PACKAGE:
• R20,000 (combined) (depending on experience)
• Plus accommodation (2-bedroom apartment with open plan kitchen-living area)
• Plus Meals and laundry service included.
