Assistant Manager for Boutique Hotel, Bantry Bay
To start May 2017
Upmarket 5-star Boutique Hotel requires a young, energetic Assistant Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
• Hotel School Diploma or at least 2 years’ all-round experience in a similar role
• PC literate
• Knowledge of hotel operating systems
• Strong administration, planning and organisational skills
• Strong customer focus & guest managing skills
• Ability to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
• Able to work independently & take full responsibility for hotel when working on your own
• Loyal and ethical management is of very high importance
• Friendly personality & professional appearance
• Must live in the surrounding area or have own reliable transport and/or a drivers licence.

Some of the duties/responsibilities but not limited to:
• Room and house checks before guest arrival
• Checking housekeeping standards each day of each and every room
• Managing guest bookings
• Welcoming and booking in guests, as well as friendly care of guest needs thereafter.
• Checking out of guests
• Printing invoices and receipts for guests
R 10 000 pm, experience dependent
