Assistant Manager Registration
Our client is a Statutory Body and is looking for Assistant Manager Registration to assist the Manager in the effective administration and supervision of the registration policies,procedures and standards of the Business Unit

You must have worked in Registration Division of Educational Institution

· On-site Registration Business Unit staff supervision and day to day performance monitoring and evaluation;

· Implement the approved Operational Plans and work flow process for Registrations Business Unit;

· Ensure the effective functioning of all sub-committees attached to the Registration unit (including regular attendance of meetings and the implementation of decisions taken at those meetings);

· Provide inputs to the Manager: Registrations for the review of Registration unit policies and procedures, and full adherence thereto by Unit and its Stakeholders;

· Assist the Manager:Registrations in the handling of audits and close out audit findings;

· Monitor the adherence to administrative policies and processes by Registration Officers;

· Monitor the adherence to set targets and turnaround times in the processing time of applications;

· Effective monitoring of the registration entire value chain to ensure efficient implementation of the registration business systems;

· Regularly report on performance and activities in accordance with the Operational Plan and set targets;

· Facilitate the competency assessment training for the assessors, reviewers and moderators;

· Monitor the quality of correspondence to Registration applicants;

· Ensure the resolution of Registration Queries and complaint handling;

· Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Registration High Impact Committee(Central Registration Committee);

· Regular monitoring of Virtual panels of assessors, reviewers and moderators to ensure effective compliance with Organization approved policies, processes, process flows and Costs;

Assist the Manager Registrations with the execution of special projects and any requests/directives as delegated from time to

Matric;
Bachelor’s degree in Business /Public Administration or related subjects;
Five years’work experience with two years in Policy implementation, Stakeholder Relationships;
Knowledge of legislation relating to the Registration;
Worked in Registration Unit in Education Institution
Verbal, written and presentation skills;
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite.
