Criteria:

-2 years experience as an Assistant Manager/3 years experience as a 3IC,
-Track record of good stock take results,
-An operator,
-To be firm and assertive,
-Good leadership skills,
-Results driven,
-Articulate,
-Good customer service,
-Positive team player,
-Security conscious (eye for detail & alert).
-Potential to grow into a Store Manager
(Fashion retail experience will be in your favour)
