ASSISTANT RESERVE MANAGER / Admin Couple

Exclusive Large Game Lodge - Limpopo Province

Requirements

Must have relevant 3 to 5 years’ experience within a 4* Game Reserve environment,
Must have the required Ecology or Farming qualification,
Must have a valid driver’s licence, own transport advised,
Must be prepared to work in a remote area, including the adaptability which is required in an environment such as a Private Game Reserve requires,
Must have a stable work record,
Good Computer skills in MS Office (Work, Excel, Outlook),
Reliable, Ethical, Confidentiality driven, Motivated, Honest, Passionate,
Must have Excellent experience in Maintaining gravel roads, Water Pipeline Maintenance, Electrical Background
Valid RSA ID
Project Management
Duties /Responsibilities

Maintenance of all gravel roads on reserve.
Maintaining of Water articulation on reserve.
Project Management for special Projects
Management staff compliment.
Labour management,
Stock Control, budgeting, procurement,
Training of staff to required level of efficiency,
Promote inter-departmental co-operation to uplift the standard of the reserve,
Management reporting
ADMINISTRATION POSITION

Requirements

Must have relevant 3 to 5 years’ experience within a Game Reserve environment,
Must have excellent administration skills
Must have a valid driver’s licence,
Must be prepared to work in a remote area, including the adaptability which is required in an environment such as a Private Game Reserve requires,
Excellent communication skills
Must be very presentable. Good telephone ethics
Organisational skills
Good Computer skills in MS Office (Work, Excel, Outlook),
Reliable, Ethical, Confidentiality driven, Motivated, Honest, Passionate,
Must have Excellent experience in Maintaining gravel roads, Water Pipeline Maintenance, Electrical Background
