Assistant Restaurant Manager Durban North
A well-established 5 star hotel in the Durban North area is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager . Must be in the same role within a 4/5 star hotel.

Minimum Requirements:
• Hotel school qualification or equivalent
• 3 years’ experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a 4 or 5 star environment
• Knowledge of Micros point of sale system
• Experience within a Leading Hotel of World establishment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Key Attributes:
• Ability to effectively listen and verbally communicate in English with all levels of staff, management and guests
• Ability to make decisions and work independently
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent leadership ability

Key Responsibilities:
• To ensure consistently exceptional food and beverage service is rendered to every guest in the restaurant
• To ensure correct billing procedures are maintained
• To establish and maintain happy, healthy and stable working relations with all staff and management
• To maintain and oversee execution of Leading Hotels of the World and RCH Standards
• To maintain departmental budgets and ensure departmental profitability
