Very busy Bistro close to Knysna is looking for a Restaurant Manager to take responsibility for assisting in the management of the Restaurant, managing all bookings and confirmation of such, managing Restaurant team, training Restaurant team, liaising between teams to ensure that all aspects of the guests stay are well produced and coordinated, liaising and spending time with the guests to ensure that all their requests, feedback are appropriately followed through.Requirments:Experience of quality hotel/restaurant management Experience of 5* deliveryStrong background in customer service (for discerning clients)Strong F&B background with an understanding of other departmentsExcellent level of wine knowledge
