Retail store based in the Somerset West / Strand area has a vacancy for an Assistant Retail Store Manager to commence duties asap

Candidate MUST reside in the Helderberg region and have experience in the Retail Industry.  Previous exposure in  a supervisory position in a retail environment a definite adv.  Candidate must be willing to work retail hours including every 2nd Sunday.  Duties include customer service, ensuring that staff are achieving their targets on a daily basis, stock control, organising special promotions, dealing with staffing issues (HR) and recording sales figure for data analysis and planning.
