Position: Assistant Stock Controller

Core role: Assist with stock control & optimal management of dry stock for bottle & wine box labels

Requirements:

- Completed grade 12
- 2 Years’ experience in a similar position (stock management)
- Computer literate with experience of MS Word, Excel & Outlook
- Experience of EzyWine system will be beneficial
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Accurate numeracy skills (need to be accurate when with working with figures)
- Able to work under pressure & independently
- Need to focus on accuracy & details

Duties:

- Perpetual & monthly stock count & stock control
- Order of stock & manage optimal stock levels
- Organise & finalise orders on the EzyWine system
- Manage stock keeping on the EzyWine system
- Ensure accurate & timely delivery of orders
- Ensure stock complies with required standards
- Manage stock distribution & collection of label line & Bag-in-box line
- Control label “overprinting” & label storage
- Do administration tasks relating to stock control
- Order of pallets & control Chep account
- Ensure the neatness of all store areas
- Ad hoc tasks as required by management
