RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking an ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER (CLOTHING RETAIL INDUSTRY) for a well-established national concern, position based in Mthatha, Eastern Cape.


REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
Relevant qualification/s an advantage (not essential).
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
English speaking (must be able to speak, read and write English competently).
10 years in clothing retail environment in a management position.
5 years’ experience responsible for the store key.
Knowledge of cash ups and cash drops.
Staff management experience (10 or more staff).
Report of KPI’s.
Strong merchandising skills.
Improvement of store performance.
Established individual targets as well as boost targets.

Salary package offered: - R10 000-00 per month (CTC) (negotiable)
