Purpose of the job:
To effectively and efficiently assist the store manager to manage the store and ensure that the quality of workmanship and hygiene systems are in place, whilst maximizing profitability.

Duties:
• Customer service
• Operating the till and accurately handling of cash
• Ordering of stock
• Staff supervision
• Participating in the day to day running of the shop
• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:
• Grade 12/Matric
• Qualification related to the Hospitality industry would be an advantage
• Knowledge of GAAP system
• Must be smart and presentable
• Previous experience of 2-3 years in the Hospitality or Retail Industry.

Key Attributes:
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills and bilingual in Afrikaans and English (fluent in both)
• Well organised ,proactive and have high levels of energy
• Able to work under pressure and follow instructions
