Requirements:
Matric
MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint – basic skills
Professional and fluent in English
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Excellent interpersonal and client liaison skills
Ability to manage staff
Stock taking experience
Ability to multitask
Strong attention to detail
Strong numerical ability

Duties:
Plan, control and monitor the performance of the departments to ensure they operate at optimal level
Communicate effectively with consumers, the team and suppliers
Manage the team in order to achieve set targets
Learn new aspects about products and materials
Learn new processes to better customer services
Lead the team -- always being respectful and fair
To encourage team morale - positive enthusiasm
Take orders for delivery and organize them in an efficient manner
Control stock
Schedule staff shifts
