TASTING ROOM ASSISTANT MANAGER
R10 000 + Commission

This role will require the successful individual to supervise all day to day operations in the Tasting Room.

Some duties will include:
- Working with tasting room staff to enhance sales, service and visitor experience
- Support and provide guidance for staff
- Assist in the maintenance of monthly inventories of all wine and non-wine items
- Ensure adherence to all policies
- POS system and Office application expert –w with the ability to train staff on all systems
- Ensure sales targets are met constantly for the Tasting Room and Wine Club
- Complete all end of day reports for Finance in absence of Tasting Room Manager

Essential Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Solid experience in Tasting Room in a supervisory capacity
- Excellent wine industry knowledge and exposure
- Very strong administrative skills and high level of computer literacy
- Must be high customer centric, with a strong ability to ensure targets are constantly met
