An exciting career opportunity currently exists for an Assistant Service Technician. The successful candidate will report to HR and your Maintenance Officer.

Requirements:

Matric
A Technical Qualification - advantage
hydraulic installation experience
A competent self-motivated, reliable and energetic person – self-management important
To be physically healthy to meet physical work demands
Technical aptitude and interest – practically competent
Quality & dedicated work precision important
Has a valid passport & driver’s license - IMPORTANT
For practical work reasons, to live preferably close to the offices
Valid Drivers License

Duties will include but aren’t limited to:

Light industrial activities using hand operated power tools
Perform all reasonable duties as instructed
Assist with installing of systems and loading equipment (loading arms) using power tools
Performing pressure testing on hoses and fuel transfer equipment etc
Installing and assembly Petroleum Loading and Unloading Equipment(loading arms)
Providing technical / construction assistance
Performing all reasonable duties as instructed by on site Maintenance Officer.

Note: The applicant must be prepared to travel and be away from home
NB!- must have experience working as a Assistant Service Technician *
