Spectrifin Capital is currently looking to employ an Assistant to the Operations Manager. The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager and assist him with all tasks relating to Call Centre Management, IT Systems and Hardware Management.
The Assistant to the Operations Manager must:
• Be an all rounder ;
• Be able to multi-task while under pressure and be willing to go over and above the job expectation ;
• Be a self-starter;
• Be a team-player;
• Have a flexible approach to working overtime;
• Follow instructions from management but be able to work without supervision;
• Be able to manage other employees in the absence of the Operations Manager.
The minimum requirements for this position are:
• A successfully completed Matric
• A+ , N+ and Windows Server 2012
• 3 years Call Centre experience (preferably in a debt collections environment), with at least 1 year in the capacity as a team leader or supervisor
• Knowledge of the following systems would be advantageous: Asterisk PBX phone system, VMWare, Financial Systems (Pastel Payroll, Sage Evolution, Debt Collection Systems and Loan Management Systems) and Backup Systems.
