Purpose:
TO EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY MANAGE THE CELLAR’S WINE RECEIPT AND PERPARATION FACILITY. ENSURE ALL WINEMAKING AND TREATMENT PROCEDURES ARE CARRIED OUT IN A WAY TO OPTIMISE QUALITY AND SPECIFICATIONS ACCORDING TO THE COMPANY STANDARD AND PROCEDURE.
