Your key responsibilities for this Brand Associate Director job in Johannesburg will include:

- Strategic & inspiring thinking, making significant contributions to finding solutions for our clients’ marketing challenges by demonstrating a strong affinity for consumers and brands, as well as fresh and inspiring thinking
- Participating in and interpreting insight (e.g. Stakeholder interviews, in-depth consumer interviews, groups, quant data) along with research experts
- Writing and presenting intellectually convincing and emotionally appealing proposals & debriefs to meet client briefs. Good presentation skills are essential to deliver confident, articulate, energetic debriefs
- Project management, to deliver quality, timely solutions
- A strong contribution to their culture and expertise around the brand
- A job in developing our business, with a practical commercial approach

Requirements for this Brand Associate Director job in Johannesburg:

- Minimum of 8 years’ brand marketing experience, with last/current position preferably at Marketing Manager level or above
- Direct and extended work in a Financial Services client is preferred, second to which consulting on Financial Services may provide sufficient experience
- University degree preferred
- Additional experience in an agency or consultancy environment would be an advantage
