Your job responsibilities as the Associate Director, Quantitative in Johannesburg will include:

- Devising quantitative research – Can pioneer the development of new quantitative approaches and new innovations in project structure
- Efficient and proactive planning
- Writing questionnaires & analysis specs – Create innovative questionnaires and analysis specs that introduce new thinking and analysis techniques and tools
- Statistical analysis - pioneer the application of new statistical approaches to enhance our overall offer
- Analysis and merging quantitative research – Develop the key insights from the data to drive the strategic solution
- Developing sharp, insightful and impactful presentations – Experiments and finds innovative ways to bring the data alive
- Be capable of leading sizeable projects and be responsible for the client relationship, income and profitability

Requirements for this Associate Director, Quantitative job in Johannesburg:

- University Degree
- Minimum of 8-10 years in a quantitative research role – ideally on the agency side – directing all aspects of quantitative research from initial pitches and proposals through to presenting the overall results and strategic implications
- Can oversee all aspects of quantitative research projects – a polished project “doer” who is ultimately responsible for final project delivery in their current role
- A proven coach and mentor as the development of three more junior team members is a critical part of this role
- Exceptionally good project and people management skills
- Strong new business and client relationship-building skills
