A Highly Reputable Firm of Consulting Engineers has a vacancy for a Associate Engineer/ Technical Specialist (Water Treatment) to be based in their Pretoria Office. Minimum Qualification Required: - B.Eng (Civil) and BEng (Hons) Water Treatment or MEng (Water Treatment) - Professional Registration with ECSA essential Work related Experience Required: - 10 to 15 years post graduate experience in treatment works with sound knowledge in process design. Duties and Responsibilities: Undertake master planning, feasibility studies, investigations and designs for water and sanitation systems with focus on bulk supply systems and process design; Be responsible for project planning, process and hydraulic designs, detailed designs, mechanical equipment specification, drawings and documentation for both new and refurbishment projects in this field; Plan and manage projects including financial control and staff scheduling, compile proposals/tenders, ensure quality control in accordance with the company’s excellence system; Liaise with clients and contractors.
