Minimum requirements:
Experience with Projects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) Foundation in geographies where applicable or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or other Project Management qualification.
2 to 3 years’ experience in a Project environment
Knowledge & understanding of SHEQ requirements
SAP Financial experience
Experience in a Construction environment beneficial

Key responsibilities:
Take projects from original concept through to final implementation. The individual will interface with all stakeholders.
The Associate Project Manager Level 1 adheres to and ensures that the project delivers the as-sold solution, remains within budget, is delivered on time, while achieving quality criteria and maintaining client satisfaction. In addition to the duties of a Project Administrator, the individual is competent in project change management. The Associate Project Manager Level 1 demonstrates adequate team leadership, motivation ability and business acumen. The individual has a good understanding of, responsibility for and ability in all aspects of the full life-cycle of the assigned projects.
The Associate Project Manager Level 1 is accountable and responsible for the Delivery Baseline B0 project profitability, through the protection of margins and control of costs. The individual contributes to the definition of solutions into project plans and objectives, and subsequently delivers according to these and/or those created by other project managers.
The Associate Project Manager Level 1 manages client satisfaction, commitment and expectations to high service levels and manages escalations adequately. Project set-up, resources and operations are efficiently managed, possibly with the assistance of a Project Administrator.
