• DEGREE AGRICULTURAL FIELD
• 3 YEARS PACK HOUSE SUPERVISION EXP
• 3 YEARS EXP IN BRC SYSTEM /HACCP CONTROL
• KNOWLEDGE OF SUBTROPICAL FRUIT PACKING INDUSTRY
• KNOWLEDGE OF STOCK CONTROL
• GOOD ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS
• VALID DRIVERS LICENCE
• OWN TRANSPORT
• SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF HACCP
• SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF PAL TRACK SYSTEM

Reporting to the Pack House Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of all pack-house related activities at the CLIENT’S pack house
