Audio Visual SALES EXECUTIVE – RESIDENTIAL DIVISION (Home Automation / Lighting control/ Home theatre/ Distributed Audio)

Elite Technologies has an open vacancy for a RESIDENTIAL AV SALES EXECUTIVES

This is a role for a Strong Technical individual with a demonstrable track record in the sales of AV solutions and products.

JOB PURPOSE: To provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer and achieve sales goals and maximize customer satisfaction. Find potential customers and increase sales projects, through new business development and following up on daily leads. Manage the sales project from initial customer contact, research products, pricing and availability of resources to generate quotations and liaison with Director and Technical Manager on all details pertaining to the project. As well as the Final hand-over to the client, and training.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
1. Min 2 years sales experience ( with technical understanding)
2. Proven Sales experience with a strong track record
3. Self-starter with entrepreneurial work ethic
4. Friendly and confident manner with a pleasant personality, and able to work without direct supervision.
5. Prospecting Skills, Negotiation and Closing ability, able to clearly present product and service information Product Knowledge and
Presentation skills. (Training will be provided)
6. Excellent customer relationship skills, Must be able to liaise with Client at all levels.
7. Ability to build and manage sales pipeline with new account discovery through sales calls
8. Flexibility to work long hours, nights or weekends to close the deal.
9. Must be able to translate complex technical concepts to Home owners
10. Computer literate. Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans is a Bonus
.
Salary – Market Related + Commission + Petrol
