Authorisations Agents - R6200.00
The successful candidate will be accountable for capturing, assessing, monitoring anbd approving service claims.
The Agent will need to ensure that all Calls are handled in a timely and professional manner.
Duties
Handling incoming call and ensuring that monthly service level targets are met, both personal and departmental
Verifying policy details and supplying dealer with information on request
Asses technical information on previous claims
Admin duties related to Claims and Authorisations
Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times
Liaising with all internal divisions and providing info to necessary parties
Requirements
Matric
Minimum of 1 – 2 years Authorisation Call Centre experience
Motor industry and technical experience of vehicles
