Qualification:

BSc / BTech / NDip in Electrical / Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering



Skills & Experience:

Experience in design and commissioning of PLC and HMI Systems

SCADA Development and Programming

PLC Programming and Administration

Ethernet network configuration

Knowledge on hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Attend to breakdowns

Preventative maintenance

Critical spares management

Maintenance of Servo and variable speed drives

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Automation / Control Systems in the manufacturing environment



Job Description:

The individual will report directly to the Engineering Manager. Duties will include providing electrical / automation support on production processes and on new projects. Other duties entail design, development and programming of PLC, SCADA and HMI Systems, as well as the maintenance and preventative maintenance on the Automation Systems. Strictly a BEE Role.
