Uses knowledge and experience to read, interpret mechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic, electrical drawings

Ensure daily job/time sheets are submitted completed and timeously

Maintains prod CNC machines

Maintain production in all deparment

Repeatablility with the aid of PLC software

Repairing and setting by means of manufacturing specifications, PLC programs, control insturments, pneumatic circuits, VSD drives, power supplies, feedback sensors, communication network

Replacing of faulty componenets, ie. PLC cards, proxy/photocells, VSD drives, operator panels, gauges, valves, control pneumatic, etc.
