AUTOMOTIVE ADMIN ASSISTANT, ROSSLYN, RNEG
HR & PAYROLL ADMIN + EXP ON HR,PAYROLL, PROCUREMENT & SALES, + EXP ON TIMEKEEPER + EXAPTA SYSTEMS A MUST + EXP IN ACCOUNTS & PURCHASING WITHIN AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY.

This challenging position involves exposure to payroll, hr, procurement and sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Administration of Payroll and related HR issues.
• Administration of Raw material and consumables purchasing.
• Investigation of Supplier account queries
• Maintenance of Material Master Data and Pricing on Axapta.
• Data Capturing of production statistics.
• Perform sales co-ordination in absence of Sales Co-ordinator.
• Monthly Stock-taking and material reconciliation.

• Strong communicator and well spoken
• Thorough and accurate
• Computer literate
• Driven to continuously improve
• High attention to detail

Ideal Qualifications
• Must be competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Experience with TIMEKEEPER software would be an advantage
• Experience with Axapta would be an advantage
• Experience in accounts or purchasing would be an advantage.
