Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee special OE Sales & promotions
Focus on Key Accounts and customer relationship management
Promoting business relationships and growing profit share
Attend trade shows and other promotional activities to build rapport
New business and constant business development and repeat
Interact with other Sales & Marketing teams
Oversee all aspects of sales management
Develop new strategies & sales techniques for business
Manage client’s needs and analysis, preparing sales contracts
Participate in Sales presentations, sales conferences, industry meetings
Motivate, train and develop SOE distributors, manufacturers and OEM’s
Minimum requirements for application:

Minimum Matric, coupled with a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Sales/Marketing
Technical aptitude highly recommended
Must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in the sales/preferably automotive manufacturing/technical/trucking industry
Proven sales track record, trade references & recommendations
Must be willing to travel
Must be based in Johannesburg area
Automotive Trucking industry experience highly advantageous & recommended
Must have excellent customer relations & product sales experience
