DEGR/ DIPL PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT + 5 YEARS AUTOMOTIVE IND EXP AS PROD/SHIFT MANAGER + EXP IN PAINT SHOP + EXP RUNNING 3 SHIFT MANAGEMENT.

Knowledge & Experience and Skills:
1. Must have a Degree/ Diploma in Production Management
2. 5-6 Years experience in a production/ manufacturing environment, preferably at management level in an automotive field
3. Knowledge of company product
4. Supervisory skills
5. Good Team working skills
6. Confident decision-making ability

Duties:
- This position overseas production, in a 3 shift environment, responsible for production output, product quality, SHEQ and continuous improvement.
- Supervising and organizing the department to ensure that the production targets are met and or improved
- Continually investigate innovative ways to improve the use of equipment and optimize the manufacturing processes
- Ensure that the housekeeping are maintained
- Regularly ensure that the appropriate procedures are followed and effectively and safely carried out
- Ensure employees complete their production reports
- Ensure quality inspection procedures are put in place and adhered to
- Train employees on work methods and procedures
- Enforce employee discipline in accordance with the company policy and procedures
- To assist in the everyday production in the department
- Relevant admin and documentation
- Evaluating, organizing and prioritizing work within the overall production schedule
- To promote the company’s products and services at all times
- Responsible for keeping your direct manager updated of the status of the jobs performance needs on a regular basis
