AUTOMOTIVE QUALITY ADMINISTRATOR – Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive industry essential

Salary: Basic salary of R15 000 to R16 000, Retirement benefit of 7.5% of basic salary, 50% co-payment of medical aid, discretionary annual bonus, 18 days’ annual leave, and 30 days’ sick leave in a 3-year cycle.

Education: Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent) and Relevant tertiary qualification (Production or Quality)

At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position, in the automotive industry
Computer literacy in MS Excel / Word and PowerPoint
Obtain supply figures form SAP system per customer and distribute to relevant Quality Engineers
Maintain customer dashboard in respect of orders, satisfaction surveys, etc.
Publish relevant information on quality notice boards
Store and maintain customer specification such as reports, samples, photographs, etc.
Administer quality feedback reports
Ensure customer APZ information is maintained
Review process documents in consultation with process owners
Administer customer master samples including catalogues and warranty claim parts
Assist Quality Manager in audit preparation
