B-BBEE Implementation Consultant

Educational Requirements:
Matric

Experience Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years relevant & current implementation experience in this arena
Thorough understanding of B-BBEE codes, charters, knowledge etc. (previous experience non-negotiable)
Able to communicate effectively
Must be computer literate in Word, Outlook & especially Excel
Own Transport & valid license

Responsibilities:
Site / gap analysis
Advising clients on corrective or better solutions
Implementation of system on site
Advising on the system functionality & best B-BBEE score for all relevant sites
Training clients
Conducting group training when needed
Building & maintaining new & existing relationships
System testing
Providing support and assistance regarding the system

Additional information:
Basic salary R25 000 – R30 000 Negotiable on experience, + petrol, cell & data allowance
Must be well spoken & presented
Must have own transport & valid driver’s license
Must be able to travel frequently (locally)
Must have a clear crim record
Previous relevant B-BBEE experience & knowledge is non-negotiable
