Our client is seeking the services of a competent, proactive individual to be responsible for the effective supervision of line staff within the designated outlet and maintaining 5 star standards

Minimum Requirements for the Position:
• Senior Certificate or equivalent essential
• Hospitality related qualification preferable.
• + 5 yrs experience at BOH – Stewarding in Senior Management position
• Must have worked within a large establishment with multiple outlets.
• Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record
• Computer Literacy in MS Office, Micros and Fidelio is essential
• Knowledge and sensitivity to cultural diversity
• Customer service focus
• Strong Hygiene standards (knowledge of FCS compliance)
• Ecolab, health and safety training would be an advantage.
• Shift work is an operational requirement

Key duties and Responsibilities:
• Deal with Operational Planning & Control
• Ability to implement company policies and procedures
• Compile daily and monthly forecasts and budgets
• Management of Stewarding Staff Members (On job training, IR, performance management, conduct daily, weekly and monthly meetings)
• Speedy and prompt resolution process
• Maintain hygiene standards
• Maintain superior standards of service
• Monitoring of line staff productivity
