Qualifications and experience
IT degree or Diploma with certifications
Experience of the Technology Infrastructure environment
Operating systems AIX, Solaris, Linux and Windows
A good understanding of Networking
EMC Networker, EMC Data Domain, EMC Avamar, EMC Data Protection Advisor
Networker Module for Microsoft, Networker Module for Oracle
The ability to work with people with a narrower and deeper technical focus
The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people
