Bank Teller (Forex Banking) Waterfront V&A, Cape Town (Casino Tellers Welcome)

Well established bank is looking for Bank Tellers / Customer Service Consultant / Foreign Exchange Consultant for their branches in Cape Town. Must be willing to work shift.

Shifts: 09H00 – 21H00 Monday to Sunday. Working shifts (2days on / 2day off)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Matric
2-4 years Foreign Exchange Experience
Must be able to work shifts
Able to work with Exchange Rates
Foreign Exchange Product Knowledge
Be able to cross sell Banking Products & Service
Able to work with Cash / Teller Experience
Must be ITC clear

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure excellent customer contact and service
Contribute to excellent staff interaction and team work
Contribute to the Financial wellbeing of the branch / region
Build relationships with customers
Accurate processing of transactions
Adherence to relevant Operating Procedures
