Large Banking Group is seeking a Branch Manager.

The Branch Manager is responsible for the financial, business, marketing and people management for his/her branch.

Qualifications:
Matric Minimum of two years managerial experience People management skill Sales and Marketing qualification will be an advantage

Experience:
2 years proven track record in micro finance or banking

Knowledge and Skills:
Financial Management :
Continuously manage and monitor branch performance

Business/Compliance Management :
Ensure that the sum of branch daily/monthly are 100% accurate and are balanced every day

Sales and Marketing Management :
Develop implement Sales and Marketing plans to improve branch performance

People Management :
Manage motivate and monitor branch personnel and their performance

Additional Requirements:
Microsoft Office skills or equivalent
