Financial Service Provider is looking to place a mature individual in a team where cooperation and team work is a highly valued commodity. The ideal individual will be at least 40 years old, have own reliable transport and have experience working in the financial service industry. We are looking for someone with Advanced Excel skills and high levels of numerical accuracy. A matric qualification with Mathematics and Accounting is the minimum acceptable level of education a tertiary qualification will be advantageous. Experience in a similar position in the banking or insurance sector will be an added bonus.

Responsibilities

• Management of CRM
• Adding of new clients onto the system and maintaining records
• General office administration
• Reconciliation of accounts, allocating payments
• Populating and generating excel sheets
• Creating V-Look ups and Pivot Tables to process data for reporting
• Debtors management
• Pastel Accounting
• Advanced MS Excel Skills (must have experience creating and using V-Lookup and Pivot Tables)
