Job Details
Employer: Banks and Insurance campaigns ( Inbound and Outbound )

To interpret, assess and process credit appeals from branches to minimize risk. To provide a service to internal and external parties regarding credit related enquirers. Short training will be conducted before commencing work to all successful candidates.

Candidate Requirements
National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational)

A relevant tertiary qualification in credit management would be preferred

Experience in a credit assessment environment in a client service environment.

Knowledge of the following areas are required to perform the job:

General understanding of the National Credit Act and the implication for Bank business

General understanding of Credit Bureau processes and reports

Detailed knowledge of Bank Credit

Granting Policy

Detailed knowledge of call centre systems

Communication (verbal and written)

Computer literacy (Basic Excel, Basic Word, Outlook)

Deadline driven (sense of urgency)

Managing multiple priorities

Ability to influence through being objective and assertive

Ability to transfer knowledge in a simplistic manner

Willingness to work shifts, which includes weekends and public holidays

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 08h00 to 16h00
Saturday 9h00 to 13h00
