Matric with a formal hospitality degree or diploma. Minimum of 2 - 3 years banqueting management experience. Polite, friendly person with a strong personality that can think of their feet. Well spoken and presented Strong leader who has managed employees. Excellent administration and organisational skills. Must be able to work under pressure and effectively deal with difficult guests. Experience in running functions of up to 250 pax at a five star level.- Responsibe for the planning and execution of function- Assist with Duty Management tasks
