We would like to hear from enthusiastic, reliable and diligent barmen or barwomen who are interested in running the bar in a Latin themed restaurant in central Cape Town. We will consider candidates with experience, especially in the preparation of cocktails both by the glass and jug. Proficiency in all the basic skills is important, such as the operation of the espresso coffee equipment and the preparation of hot and cold soft drinks, including our own range of freshly prepared juices. Along with work and stock planning you must be able to learn new ingredients combinations and drinks. We are looking for presentable staff with good English and the ability to interact with both customers and the waitrons.
