Description

To produce and maintain value-add content focusing on areas where investor education is needed, and also other content supporting the Marketing team and the business in general.

Main responsibilities

? Draft original content for communications, articles, web copy, presentations, support documents for various business areas, and other content as may be required.
? Maintain and manage existing content, e.g. brochures, presentations, web content, etc.
? Respond to investor education queries and consulting requests from other teams across the business.
? Assist in developing and implementing effective investor education solutions.
? Assist in ensuring that appropriate and correct information is effectively communicated to clients.
? Assist with collation and analysing internal and external queries, feedback and suggestions to identify and develop necessary improvements to marketing material, investment documentation, processes or business practices that facilitate knowledge growth and client education.

Qualifications

? Tertiary qualification e.g. B.Com (Marketing, Economics, Finance), B.Bus.Sc (Marketing, Economics, Finance), BA (Marketing, Journalism, PR).
? Financial media or financial services experience is an advantage.
