BCOM Creditors Accountant/Bookkeeper - Johannesburg North- ASAP
A BCom Accounting degree with at least 1- 4 year experience in the Accounting Environment
Must have excellent advanced Excel skills and experience AND of using Excel templates doing calculations - non negotiable
Assist in building models in Excel to get the accounts department to run accounts smoothly
Either SAIPA /or SAICA Articles should be completed
Must have very good experience in Processing of Creditors Invoices including doing Recons on each Creditor
Must have experience in experience in making creditors payments including loading in the Bank
Experience in processing credit card statements monthly
Must have experience in processing bank statement entries monthly
Must have experience in Processing and keeping the Petty Cash for Johannesburg and Cape Town Office
Must have experience in Maintaining the Creditors Age Analysis and making sure it reconciles
Must have experience in Reconcile the bank accounts monthly
Must have experience in Processing Adhoc journals
Deadline driven
But also to assist the financial department with the day to day functions
Analysis of transactions and capturing of data to the system
Analytical review of income statements and balance sheets
Balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with month-end reports.
Assist with year-end procedures
VAT Recons and DWT submissions
Assist during budgets and forecasts
Employee Share Incentive Scheme transaction processing and maintenance
Between R15 000 -R17 000 per month full cost to company per month
